Glendale Middle School Registration

Please carefully read the following instructions to register your child at our school.

1. To register your student on-line (click the “Online Registration Application” under Resources on the right hand side of this page).  If you do not have a computer at home, please come to the school and use our computer to complete the on-line portion of registration. Alternatively, you may complete registration in person at the school site.
2. Please bring copies of the following documents with you to the office:

• *Driver’s License
• *Student's Birth Certificate
•  *Student's Immunization Record
•  *Proof of Address (a current mortgage statement or rental agreement with the parents name and address on it, or a current gas, water, light bill)
• Cell phone bills, medical bills or medical cards will NOT be accepted.

Open Enrollment Applications

If you do not live within the Glendale Middle School boundary and wish for your child to attend Glendale, you will need to apply for Open Enrollment. Previous Open Enrollment applications into an elementary school do not automatically transfer to the next school. A new application needs to be completed when students transition from elementary school to middle school.

Timeline for Enrollment:

• November 15, 2025 to February 6, 2026: Early Open Enrollment Applications submitted online.
• February 07, 2026: School administrators have access to submitted applications.
• March 15, 2026: Principals notify parents/guardians of currently enrolled students who will not be permitted continued enrollment for the coming year.
• March 15, 2026: Deadline for principals to notify parents/guardians in writing of Early Open Enrollment application status.
• March 31, 2026: Deadline for parents/guardians to accept or decline Early Open Enrollment opportunities.
• April 1, 2026 through the coming school year: Late open enrollment applications may be submitted.

 Students whose applications are rejected during Early Open Enrollment may reapply for a Late Enrollment after April 1 for the coming year.

• Access the Open Enrollment Online Application link.
• If you have any questions, contact your student’s current counselor.

2. If your Open Enrollment application is approved, you will receive notification from Glendale.
