Courses & Registration
Welcome to Glendale Middle School Registration!
Please carefully read the following instructions to register your child at our school.
- To register your student on-line (click the “Online Registration Application” under Resources on the right hand side of this page). If you do not have a computer at home, please come to the school and use our computer to complete the on-line portion of registration. Alternatively, you may complete registration in person at the school site.
- Please bring copies of the following documents with you to the office:
- *Driver’s License
- *Student's Birth Certificate
- *Student's Immunization Record
- *Proof of Address (a current mortgage statement or rental agreement with the parents name and address on it, or a current gas, water, light bill)
- Cell phone bills, medical bills or medical cards will NOT be accepted.
